National Blog Writing Competition I Project CyberShield I Register by 25th Dec 2025
About the Initiative:
Project CyberShield, launched by the Naksh Foundation, is dedicated to building a digitally secure and responsible society. The program focuses on equipping students, educators, and communities with the awareness and practical skills needed to recognize, prevent, and respond to cyber threats. By combining education, training, and advocacy, the initiative strives to make online spaces safer, ethical, and inclusive for all.
Eligibility:
- Open to all students currently enrolled in colleges or universities across India.
- Participation is completely free; no registration fee is required.
Themes:
Participants may choose from the following themes:
- Shifting telecommunication regulations and their influence on digital governance
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) 2023 – scope, challenges, and compliance issues
- Governance of Artificial Intelligence and legal frameworks for emerging technologies
- Cybercrime investigation and the role of digital forensics
- Online safety and cyber hygiene in an age of digital dependency
- Privacy versus national security: striking the right balance in cyberspace
- Tackling cross-border cybercrime through international legal cooperation
- Regulation of social media and strategies to combat misinformation
- Corporate data protection standards and cybersecurity compliance practices
Submission Guidelines:
- Blogs must be submitted via the official Google Form (link will be shared).
- Format requirements: Times New Roman, font size 12, justified alignment.
- File type: PDF only.
- Word count: strictly between 1000–1200 words.
- Each blog must carry a clear and specific title.
- Only one entry per participant is permitted.
- Plagiarism or AI-generated content will result in disqualification.
- Footnotes are not allowed; use internal hyperlinks for references.
- Do not include personal details such as name, college, phone number, or email in the document.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.

Evaluation Criteria:
Entries will be judged on:
- Creativity, originality, and engaging style of writing
- Depth of legal analysis and clarity of thought
- Accessibility of language for a general audience
- Relevance and uniqueness in addressing cyber law/cybercrime cases, statutes, and developments
Prizes:
- 1st Prize: ₹1200 cash award + E-certificate + publication on the Project CyberShield Blog Page
- 2nd to 5th Prize: E-certificate + publication on the Project CyberShield Blog Page
Timeline:
- Registration Deadline: 25th December 2025
- Submission Deadline: 31st December 2025 (until 24:00 hours)
- Results Announcement: January 2026
