Nothing about this organization as we were asked to report to the sessions court sharp at 10:30 a.m. at faroq alvi’s sir seat and thereafter we join his juniors for seeing and witnessing the court proceedings

4^th January to 31^st January

Timing: 

Morning 10:30 A.M. reporting time

Main Task Work Profile:

No such main task we used to read court files and thereafter witnesses the cross and chief examination sir used to do with the evidences.  Thereafter, sir used to ask about the proceedings that what do we understand from the whole court scene. Sir also used to discuss with us about the emerging topics of the criminal world.

Stipend: 

No Stipend

First day at Organization:

I had three more friends of mine interning under the same advocate. Actually my first day was quite surprising for me as I reached the sir told us to come with him to ADJ-1 to witness an cross examination of an rape case. We witnessed the same but very small piece of it gone into my mind thereafter I asked sir what was the way we should cross examine one person. Thereafter, we were asked by sir to join the the three commanders (juniors of sir) and thereafter we were introduced by the courts that which case comes under which court.

Best Part of Internship:

A CHANCE OF SEEING AN  CAMERA TRIAL PROCEEDINGS OF THE WITNESS OF THE RAPE CASE.

Biggest Lesson:

BIGGEST LESSON I LEARNT IS THAT LAWYERS CAN DO ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD AND TO PROVE ONE POINT IT DOESN’T MATTER THAT WE MUST HAVE EVIDENCES. IMPORTANT IS TO HAVE ONE EVIDENCE BUT TO PROVE THAT TO ITS BEST EFFECT.

Any Message to other Law Students:

 IF ONE HAVE AN INTEREST IN CRIMINAL SIDE THEN ONE MUST JOIN FAROQ ALVI SIR AS HIS WAY OF DONG CROSS EXAMINATION IS BEST AND HE IS BEST WHEN IT COMES TO CRIMINAL SIDE.  EVEN HIS KNOWLEDGE IN CRIMINAL SIDE IS AT ULTIMATUM THAT’S WHY HE IS EVEN SAID THE KING OF THE CRIMINAL CASES AT JAIPUR’S SESSIONS
