It is a navaratna company mainly involved with production of aluminium, alluminia, bauxite, but it has a corporate wing too that mainly deals with administrative works .

3 weeks

10 AM to 05 PM

Indirect Taxation

Work Environment at office:

It is a government office with well maintained and preserved with care.

No

First day at Organization:

Well my first day was a bit easy as I only had to complete my formalities for internship.

Best Part of Internship:

I got to learn the workings of indirect taxation on the aspects of a company and learnt to provide efficient reply on so-cause notices.

Biggest Lesson:

One will get to learn that research is one of the most important in every field and without a proper research you will lose you place and company.

Anything else you’d like to tell:

Only if you have a known person inside, you will then get to intern.

As it is important for every law students  to intern in a company, I believe NALCO is one of the best.
