Through collaboration with esteemed partners such as the Centre for Human Rights Law and Policy and the Hume Institute for Postgraduate Studies, CISA offers valuable insights and expertise to governmental and non-governmental organizations in shaping IPR development at both national and global levels. Our mission is to comprehensively comprehend the intricate nature, dynamics, and diverse domains of contemporary IPR issues, with a policy-driven approach. We actively engage with legislators and governments to advocate for the establishment of effective laws and policies to protect intellectual property rights.
The Centre for Human Rights Law and Policy (CHRLP) shares our commitment to interdisciplinary research and actively contributes to eradicating human rights violations. By contextualizing violence and discrimination as human rights violations and exploring diverse occurrences, laws, policies, and procedures, the centre works towards a comprehensive understanding of human rights dynamics. With a keen focus on both theoretical and empirical dimensions, CHRLP strives to generate valuable policy implications, advocating for appropriate legislation and policies to safeguard human rights.
