ABOUT CPJ COLLEGE & SCHOOL OF LAW

Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law is being promoted by the Rishi Aurobindo Educational Society (Regd.) to run market focused professional programmes in the emerging areas of higher education in disciplines which have high job potential The College is running full time BBA (General), BBA CAM, BCA, B.Com (Hons.), B.A.LL.B.(Hons) (5- year integrated Programmes) Courses affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. The credibility of education at the Institute is increasingly being realized and recognized by the corporate and the legal world.

RULES FOR MOOT COURT

• Students of 5-year integrated law degree courses from IP University/ 3-year u/graduate LLB course from other Universities are eligible to apply for registration of their team.
• Each team shall consist of only three members, comprising of two speakers and one researcher.
• Participating team should register themselves by sending duly filled Registration Form latest by 11th Novembers, 2016 along with registration fee of 2500 INR/team & memorial by email to mcc.cpjchssol@gmail.com and by post to Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law, Plot No. OCF, Sector A-8, Narela, Delhi – 110040 before 23rd November, 2016.
• Teams will have to prepare memorial for both sides and have to submit hard copy on the spot.
• The competition shall be held in English language.
• The result announced by the judges shall be final and binding.
• There will be strict penalties for the violation of rules.
• Organizing committee shall have the sole discretion to assess penalties or to disqualify teams for their failure to abide by any of the rules.
• A Researcher Test shall also be conducted for adjucating the ‘BEST RESEARCHER’.

Request for registration of team for Moot Court Competition should reach Vice Principle (SOL), Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law, Plot No. ­ OCF, Sector A­8, Narela, Delhi­ 110 040 in the enclosed registration form along with a demand draft favoring of “Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies” Payable at new Delhi   and   alternatively   payment   can   be   done   through   NEFT   Transfer­   details   and payment receipt has to be mailed along with registration from.
