The name of the Organization is Tuli & Co. located in New Friends Colony, New Delhi. It has a team of around 11 Associates, Ms. Celia Jenkins, Partner, and Mr. Neeraj Tuli, Name Partner and few other office staff including the Accounts Department and Office Boys.

The Address of the New Delhi Office is 7A , Lotus Towers Community Centre, New Friends Colony, New Delhi.

Duration, Timings:

The duration of Internship offered at Tuli & Co. is One month, but interested interns can get an extension from the partner, Ms. Celia Jenkins on request. The interns are called 5 days a week with weekends off and the timings are from 9.30 am to 8:00 pm.

First Impression, First day formalities, Infrastructure:

The firm is located in New Friends Colony and it is very easily accessible buses and autos.

The office is very spacious with every associate having a separate cubicle and the interns are also provided a separate cubicle so that they can work comfortably. The partners have their separate cabins side by side.

On the first day the interns are introduced to all the associates and are given separate cubicles from where they work. Besides that they are given writing materials and gate entry card.

There were no such first day formalities required from us and the associates made us feel very comfortable and it was a pleasant atmosphere to work in.

Main Tasks:

The interns are mainly given research work and good research skills are expected from the Interns. Besides that other works are include preparation of list of dates, index’s, preparing the summary of judgments tracking of changes in the documents etc. The work is mainly delegated by the associates. The interns are not allotted under any fixed associate so anyone could delegate their work.

Work Environment, People:

The work environment is essentially one which a corporate structure should have. Interns have hands on experience of how it is like to work in a top-tier law firm. The associates are very particular regarding the quality of work from the Interns and the deadlines provided have to be met.

The associates are very approachable and accommodating towards the lack of experience of the interns and are always willing to explain how the work is to be done and thus they expect quality work from their  .

During free times the associates are very friendly and thus overall the work environment in Tuli & Co. is a perfect blend of professionalism and exuberance.

Best things:

• Black and White uniforms not compulsory, one should wear formals.
• Extremely professional environment.
• Variety of research improves one’s research skills.
• Associates are very supportive.
• A number of food junctions around the building with delicious food.

Bad Things:

• If the quality of work is poor, interns might have a grilling session.
• Sometimes Interns are required to stay late due to which finding a convenience back is a bit difficult.

Stipend:

The Interns get a stipend of Rs. 10,000.
