I was very nervous and excited too to work in Bihar district court for first time. My mentor and all other member’s present in his office were very calm and friendly while approaching. First day was more formal and introductory.
Attending live court proceedings and hearing arguments from prosecution and defense side.
Law is not what we study in books rather it is what we see in Indian courts. Law books are no more than fairytales on Indian legal system while in fact situation of real courts is vice-versa.
At least for once every law student should do an internship in Indian courts. It is the best way to explore, know and love law at its best.
To be finest in legal profession be first in doing internship at court/s.
