10.00 am to 4.00 pm sometimes 5 pm

Main Task Work Profile:

Discussion about Civil cases and lacunas of some land mark judgements, Case Analysis.

Work Environment at office:

The working environment is really friendly, liberal and accommodative

Stipend:

No Stipend

First day at organization:

We were required to do case analysis as well as to research on certain Civil Laws. We were treated very nicely.

Then we have to discuss some topics related to Civil Laws and also about the new Laws which could be effective.

It happened to be an interactive session.

Best Part of Internship:

We were told about Procedure for Civil Laws practice in court and also about the working of district courts. We were told about Laws related to Civil in nature and how a private individual can brought a civil action against any grievance. One of the best part is we were motivated to research in the field of Civil Laws and Precedents which were followed in the District courts.

Biggest Lesson:

Helpful in learning important judgements, the Court proceedings, the powers of the District Court. I became more vigilant to Civil Laws. A paradigm shift in my understanding of issues.

Anything else you’d like to tell:

It was a great experience in District Court of Sirohi as I Learned a lot and was motivated by my seniors to work and research in the field of Civil Laws.

Any Message to other Law Students:

Everyone should go for Internship under a lawyer in district court as it was a base for litigation and proper working as well as to learn about the Laws. through lawyers in district court one individual got motivated and inspired by his/her seniors which is necessary for development of skills.
