The working environment is really good, lots and lots of opportunities to learn about the practical aspects of the profession of advocacy and judiciary.
No Stipend
The first day at court is really filled with amusement. The premises are so big that it takes quite a while to learn about the locations of various courts.
The best part of the internship was to see the real practice of law in the high court, the way of presentation before the judges.
Once you have learnt about the proceedings in the district and sessions court, high court builds up the next step to your experience and learning.
Opportunities have to be grabbed, they won’t come to you as u sit back and relax. If you wish to learn you have to survive.
Internship at the Rajasthan High Court is a great experience. The only thing to be kept in mind is before joining the high court, one should be clear with the basics of the proceeding at the lower courts.
