Centre for Criminal Justice Reforms of Faculty of Law, SGT University, Gurugram, Delhi NCR proudly announces its one-day International E-Conference on the theme “Criminal Justice System: National and International Aspects” which aims to provide a platform and bring together students, practitioners, academicians, researchers, media persons and other stakeholders to put forward their research and develop a better understanding on a wide range of sub-themes.

Theme 3: Human rights in context of Criminal Justice

  1. Human Rights, Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism
  2. Crimes against Humanity and Refugees Law
  3. Extradition and International Law: Problems and Perspectives

Theme 4: Efficacy of Criminal Justice System to curb Corporate Crimes

  1. Corporate Criminal Liability and Punishment
  2. Global Implication of Economic Crimes
  3. Role of International Organisations in Prevention of Corporate Crimes

Theme 5: Emerging Issues in Criminal Justice Administration

  1. Gender Inequality under Criminal Law
  2. Prisoners’ Rights and Criminal Law
  3. Technology and Crime

NOTE: The above-mentioned sub-themes are not exhaustive. The author can select any other sub-theme related to Criminal Justice Administration

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ABSTRACT: The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must be accompanied by a cover page stating the following:-

  • Sub-theme
  • Title of the Paper
  • Name of the author(s)
  • E-mail address
  • Postal address and Contact Number

FULL PAPER

  • The language for the Paper and Conference shall be English.
  • Co-authorship is allowed, subject to a limit of two Authors.
  • In the case of Co-authorship, both the Authors are required to register individually.
  • Full Paper should not exceed 5000 words.
  • Author(s), Name(s), University/Organization, Paper Title, E-mail ID, Mobile Number must be clearly stated on the cover page.
  • All the Papers are subject to strict plagiarism check and any unattributed work is liable to be rejected.
  • All correspondence must be sent to email: conferencesgt@gmail.com
  • The full paper must be emailed to conferencesgt@gmail.com with the subject as “SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER FOR INTERNATIONAL E-CONFERENCE” on or before 19th December 2020.

  • Notification of Selection of Abstracts – 15th December 2020
  • Last date of Registration & Fee Payment- 17th December 2020
  • Submission of Full Paper– 23th December 2020
  • Date of Conference – 26th December 2020

REGISTRATION DETAILS

  • The participants are required to fill the Registration Form after acceptance of Abstract latest by 17th December 2020.
  • While filling the Google form, participants will be required to upload the screenshot or receipt of the payment so made, therefore the participants are first required to pay the registration fee and then register.
  • Registration can be done by filling the following Google form latest by 17th December 2020.
