INAUGURAL ISSUE OF

‘INDIAN JOURNAL OF VICTIMOLOGY’.

Deadline: 12th May, 2017

The Indian Journal of Victimology hereby invites scholarly writings including articles, notes and comments from academicians, victim service providers, policy makers, scholars and students. All submissions must be made to editor.isvjournal@gmail.com, not later than 12th May, 2017. Selected articles will be published by July, 2017.

ABOUT THE JOURNAL

The Journal is the flagship journal of the Indian Society of Victimology (ISV). The Journal will include Articles, Notes and Comments from eminent jurists, academicians, victim service providers, policy makers, scholars and students. Focussing both on critical leadership and practical development, the articles will reflect victimological perspectives from a broad range of disciplines and contribute to a greater understanding of victims, victimization, victim- offender relations, institutional functioning and allied issues. The journal will deploy the insights and methodologies of all relevant disciplines including psychology, psychiatry, sociology, social work, economics, history as well as law and legal and political theory to further the interests of victims all across the world. The Journal will be a peer-reviewed journal with two issues published annually.

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

All manuscripts must be sent in doc. format through email to editor.isvjournal@gmail.com. It must be accompanied by a cover letter mentioning the name of author, designation, institutional/ contact details, theme of the paper etc.

LAST DATE OF SUBMITTING ARTICLES FOR INAUGURAL ISSUE

All articles must reach the editor on or before 12th May, 2017.
