Dr. Gopal Energy Foundation is proud to announce the Call for Papers for its upcoming 4th TILA International Conference on Energy (TICE-4) to be included in the “Energy for all” conference book. The conference is to be held on April 15th, 2019 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
