Alliance Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ACIPR) is a centre established by Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, for the purpose of making active contributions in development, promotion & effective protection of IP rights. ACIPR has taken this initiative to encourage young minds to pursue creativity and innovation by promoting creation of quality literary works and by providing its readers with more information about the future of IPR, its importance, relevance, and application.
The Journal Committee of Alliance Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ACIPR) hereby invites original and unpublished submissions in form of articles/research papers on any contemporary arenas in Intellectual Property domain for publication in Alliance Journal of Intellectual Property Law (AJIPL) bearing e-ISSN Number 2584-0363, Volume 2, Issue 1. AJIPL is double-blind peer-reviewed flagship initiative from the Alliance Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ACIPR), Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru. The AJIPL is now accepting submissions for its next edition to be published in 2024.

- Theme: The Journal is a peer-reviewed publication from the School of Law, Alliance University. The journal would accept submissions on IP and Technology law and related areas.
- Submission Categories: The Journal Committee of AJIPL, Alliance Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ACIPR), Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru hereby invites original and unpublished submissions in the form of research papers on any contemporary IP arenas for publication in the Alliance Journal of Intellectual Property Law (AJIPL).
- Eligibility: Submissions accepted from:
- Judges.
- Academicians.
- Professionals.
- Research Scholars.
- Students pursuing Law in allied disciplines.
- Last date of submission: To be submitted by 30 th March 2024
- Publication fee: No publication fee.
- Submission Guidelines:
- The word limit of the paper should be between 5000 to 8000 words. The editorial board reserves the right to make changes to these conditions and guidelines mentioned herein.
- The maximum co-authorship for a paper is limited to two.
- All contributions should be submitted to the Email of AJIPL – ajipl@alliance.edu.in
- Abstract – The manuscript should be accompanied by an abstract of about 250-300 words along with 5 Keywords.
- Citation – Submissions are required to strictly adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform Method of Citation, 20th Edition.
- All manuscripts shall include an ‘Introduction’ and ‘Conclusion’.
