The Cell for Law and Technology is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the advancement of law (CLT)
On the 4th of October, 2019, the Cell for Law and Technology was established. The major goal of the cell was to raise awareness and stay ahead of the curve in a specialised subject like technology law. They hope to stimulate discussion on recent national and international advances in technology laws through this blog.
Technology has impacted, if not all, then most facets of our life in the previous decade, including business, innovation, sports, fashion, media, and entertainment, to mention a few.
The Law and Technology Blog is an attempt to provide an open and inclusive space that connects students, researchers, academicians, and professionals. Its goal is to create a platform for people to express their thoughts and facts on the issue.
Submission Requirements
- All entries must be in Times New Roman, font size 12, spacing 1.5, and with 1 inch margins on the left, right, top, and bottom.
- Each post has a word restriction of 900-1200 words.
- Within the article, relevant sources should be hyperlinked. Endnotes must be used for sources for which no link could be given.
- For future reference, the manuscript should be accompanied by a cover letter that includes the author’s name, designation, institute, phone number, and email address. [Authors are asked not to include their names in the main manuscript.]
- All entries must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or.docx) format.
- A maximum of two people can co-author a paper.
- The accuracy of the facts, opinions, or viewpoints stated in the submitted Manuscript is solely the responsibility of the author(s).
- The language used must be politically neutral and adhere to the broad rules.
- Language should not be abusive or bring a third party into discredit.
- They do not accept plagiarised content, and if gross plagiarism is discovered in the submitted article’s contents, the manuscript will be rejected.
- All blog postings will remain the property of the Blog for Law and Technology.
- The author is the only owner of all moral rights (s).
- Manuscripts that do not follow the aforementioned requirements are likely to be rejected.
- After passing through the blind peer-review process, the Editorial Board has the final say on whether or not to accept the paper.
