Posted by The Philosophy Club at NLU Delhi began as an informal gathering to discuss interesting philosophical questions and issues. The founders embarked on a mission to create an institutionalised club for the promotion of philosophy and various philosophical activities after realising the value (and, indeed, necessity) for law students to develop critical thought and meaningfully engage in discourse.
In order to achieve this goal, they have held a variety of discussions on a wide range of fundamental philosophical texts and ideas, hosted lecture series by leading academics, disseminated easily accessible learning resources and notes, and much more.
The goal is to provide a forum for students – and anyone else who may be interested – to discuss any philosophical issues. The word “philosophy” literally means “a love for wisdom,” and that is what they hope to cultivate, or at least contribute to cultivating, in our country’s law schools.
Relevant Themes
The blog may cover any topic related to legal philosophy, political theory, ethics, metaphysics, or any other topic that the blog deems appropriate.
Eligibility
Everyone, regardless of institutional affiliation or educational qualification, is welcome to submit an entry. Pieces will be chosen based on their merit.

Justification for Alignment
There is no hard and fast word limit. However, authors are asked to keep their articles between 800 and 2000 words in length. Any submissions that are longer than that should be submitted as two or more separate pieces.

Please send your submissions in.doc/.docx format only to philosophyclub@nludelhi.ac.in with the subject “Blog submission.”
Please include a few lines about yourself in the body of the email as well.
Our Board of Editors may edit and comment on your submission before it is published.
