About
Ramaiah college of Law in association with Surana and Surana International Attorneys, Chennai announces the 3rd edition of the National Tort Law Moot & Judgment Writing Competitions 2020.
The 3rd Surana and Surana & Dr. M.S Ramaiah National Tort Law Moot & Judgment Writing Competitions seeks to promote interest among the law students in the area of Tortious liability since there is nothing like an exhaustive classification of torts limiting the boundaries of judicial activism. With the ever evolving field of torts, the evidence of its importance of the study is present in the growing number of litigation filed in courts, pertaining to cases filed on negligence and defamation among the rest.
This competition aims to create awareness in the subject as well as to garner interest in the field.
Students pursuing their law course from various esteemed law schools across India are invited to participate in this moot court competition.
The competition is open for students pursuing LLB 3 year/ 5 year course during the current academic year.
The competition is scheduled to be held from 13-15th March, 2020.
