Posted by The “18th K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court, 2022” to be held in the 3rd weekend of January 2022 i.e. from 10th to 16th January 2022. Due to the pandemic Covid-19, the 18th K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court Competition will be a Virtual Moot Court Competition.
The K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court is the only Moot Court held exclusively on Criminal Law in India. The Moot Court was last held virtually from 11th to 17th January, 2021 when 68 teams (total 101 teams registered) from top Indian and Overseas Universities had participated. This International Moot Court is held in the memory of late Mr. K.K. Luthra, Senior Advocate, a renowned criminal lawyer from India.
The Schedule of the Competition is attached and the Moot Problem and the Rules of the Competition will be put up on the website by 1st July, 2021.
