Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi (India) will be hosting the “13th K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court, 2017” to be held in the 3rd weekend of January 2017 i.e. between the 13th and 15th January 2017.
The K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court is the only Moot Court held exclusively on Criminal Law in India. The Moot Court was last held between the 15th and 17th January, 2016 when 50 teams (total 78 teams registered) from top Indian and Overseas Universities had participated. This International Moot Court is held in the memory of late Mr. K.K. Luthra, Senior Advocate, who was a renowned criminal lawyer in India.
The Inaugural function will be held on the 13th of January, 2017 at the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, Delhi (India) and confirmation of participation of teams will take place on the same day, prior to the inaugural function.
The Preliminary, Octa-Final (at the discretion of the organizers) and Quarter-Final Rounds will be held on 14th of January, 2017 at the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, Delhi (India).
The Semi-Final and Final Rounds will be held on the 15th of January, 2017 followed by the Prize Distribution at The India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi (India).
