About the Speaker
Soumya Shekhar is an Independent Legal Consultant. She is an alumnus of National Law
University, Delhi and the National University of Singapore. She has worked with some of the
eminent law firms of the country such as Luthra & Luthra and Trilegal. She was also
associated with Wipro Technologies as Associate Corporate Counsel. Soumya has been
successfully running her legal research consultancy for the past 2 years now. Her client base
