About the Programme:

The Training Programme is designed to give the recipients a holistic view of alternate dispute resolution. This training programme facilitates the participants to learn the art of principle negotiation and techniques of mediation.

Resource Person:  

This training programme will be conducted by Mr. A. Marisport, Assistant professor of Law, Gujarat National Law University. He is a life time member of Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). He has presented papers relating to ADR in domestic and international seminars. He has published research articles in renowned arbitration journals and legal journals including ICA quarterly


  • Under Graduate students & Post Graduate pursuing (Law, Social Science, Commerce, Management and Science), Professional and Academician.
  • The intake of Training Programme is 40 participants.

Applications will be selected on first cum first basis.


The last date to register is March 22, 2017 (or till seats are available).
