The Three Day Professional Certificate Course on ‘Public Procurement, Tendering And Law Relating To Government Contracts’ will analyse the law, policy, issues and framework relating to government contracts from a legal, constitutional, industry and compliance perspective, thereby providing a broader outlook that aids and articulates contractual decision making.
