Human Rights and Criminal Justice System: National Seminar
Research papers are invited from Scholars, Researchers, Practitioners, Academicians and Students on issues related to the above theme. Authors of selected papers will be given an opportunity to present their papers in the conference. Joint authorship is permitted, subject to a maximum of two co-authors.
About the Conference : Every human being has the inherent rights entitled without any discrimination of nationality ,color,religion, language or and other status. All the rights are interdependent/interrelated and cannot be separated. They are the norms/moral principles which are being protected as legal rights. The disturbance in these legal rights leads to the working of our Criminal Justice. The Criminal justice system set into motion once they find the victims of crime. But the Indian judiciary becomes very particular about the rights and the safeguards of the suspected and accused person as per the Constitution, Human rights and law of Criminal procedure. Hence the main theme of national conference is Human rights and Criminal Justice system.
On approval through a peer-reviewing process, the best papers shall be published in a book with ISBN.
Sub Themes :
1.Human Rights Provisions in Indian CJS and Indian Constitution.
2.Rights of the women,children,Marginalized
3.Rights of Victims and Accused.
4.Role of Human rights Commission in CJS
5.Right to compensation,restitution & restoration.
6.Any other relevant topic related to Human Rights.
Guidelines :
Font : Times new Roman, Size 12 , Line spaces : 1.5
Abstract should be maximum of 500 words and full paper must not exceed 5000 words.
The paper is to be submitted along with the abstract by 17th March.
Registration Fees :
1. Participation and Paper presentation : 500 INR
2.Research Students : 300 INR
3. Participation ONLY : 400 INR
