Call for Papers:
P.E.S. Modern Law College invites research papers from Researchers, Students, Academicians, Fellows, Experts, Practitioners, Executives, Representatives from NGO and any other relevant stake holders for the National Seminar.
The sub-themes for the seminar are as follows:
- Constitutional Framework and Feminism
- Criminal Law and Feminism
- Judicial Response to the Feminism
- Political Representation of Women
- Family and Succession Laws and Feminism
- Health Laws and Feminism
- Labour Laws and Feminism
Format of paper:
Title: Font Size 14, Times New Roman
Content: Font Size 12, Times New Roman, 2000 to 3000 words
Citation: SILC Footnoting System
Line spacing 1.5
Papers by Co-authors will not be allowed.
Certificates and Publication:
Certificate will be given only on the presentation of research paper in the seminar.
All accepted papers (after evaluation by Peers) will be published in the Special Issue (with ISBN number).

Last date for Submission of Full Paper: 30th January` 2016
Last date for communication of acceptance: 2nd February` 2016
Last date for Registration (for Authors of Selected Papers): 7th February 2016
National Seminar Date: 12th & 13th February` 2016

Registration Fees:
Academicians, Experts, Practitioners, Executives, Representatives from NGO and any other relevant stake holders: Rs.1, 000/- INR and Students: Rs .500/- INR
Payment shall be made only by way of DD drawn in favour of Principal, Modern Law College, Pune, 16.
Seminar fees includes: Seminar Kit, Breakfast and Lunch.
Outstationed Participants have to arrange for Travel and Accommodation on their own.
