Ministry of Finance has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Legal Advisor on Deputation/ Absorption Basis on Enforcement Directorate.
No of Posts: 05
Pay Scale: Pay Band-3 of Rs.15, 600-39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.6, 600/-
Eligibility:
In terms of Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Recruitment Rules issued vide notification dated 20.10.2011, the following categories of officers are eligible:
(a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(b) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB-3 of Rs 15600-39100 and grade pay of Rs 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department;
(c) with six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB-2 of Rs 9300-34800 and grade pay of Rs4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Degree in law from a recognized university and three years experience at bar dealing with criminal laws and fiscal laws;
OR
Master’s Degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent and one year experience at bar dealing with criminal laws and fiscal laws.
