We, at Universal Legal (in exclusive affiliation with The Chugh LLP, USA), a leading full service law firm, now welcome applications for our Internship Program for the month(s) of January-May 2016, from talented law students/legal graduates, at our New Delhi office .

Eligibility
The Firm seeks bright, talented students ideally who are at least in their second year (five year course) or their first year (three year course) of law school education, and also are at the top of their class. Students pursuing their LL.M. are also welcome to apply.
Skills Required
The ideal candidate should also possess strong interpersonal, leadership, writing and analytical skills.
Application Details
Interested students are expected to apply at least a month prior to the expected start date of the internship.
Our previous interns have performed substantive legal/secretarial work. Your experience as an intern will closely reflect the life of a junior associate and the program is geared to give the interns a realistic view of the legal profession.
We expect and encourage our interns to think out of the box and demonstrate legal knowledge, gained during the law studies.
We are committed to mentoring and guiding you towards achieving this goal, provided, you share the same zeal towards learning the law that each of our professionals have.
We offer real responsibilities to all our interns in order to acclimatize them to the work they would be doing, as a full time professional.
Once selected as an intern, you will be expected to intern with us for a minimum period of three (3) weeks, at the end of which, we also expect you to give a presentation on a topic decided by your mentor.
The topics would be framed in such a way as to ignite the creative spark in you while further cultivating of your legal aptitude and writing skills.
