First Impression, First Day Formalities, Infrastructure

I reach my office by 10.00 am, after which I meet Mr. Sarang Rastogi Sir , who is associate of the firm who was my internship guide who was very cooperative and encouraging. After a brief introduction he ask me about my area of interest and accordingly assign me work .
The library has a decent collection of books and meets your needs effectively. There is separate cubic for inters with all essential amenities like Computer with internet, Water Bottle, telephone etc

Main Tasks

The kind of work assign to interns completely depends on the senior under whom he or she is working. I had to do a variety of drafting work such as drafting of written statement for arbitration matters, researching on the issues of Company Law, MSMED Act, Information Technology and many others.
Furthermore I was working on the legal points and also research on various aspects relating to the (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016), (Companies Act, 2013), (Patents Act, 1970), (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006), (Trademarks Act, 1999), (Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996) and (Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999).

Work Environment, People

All the associates and partners are really helpful and easily approachable.
Also, Mr Sarang who was my guide asks questions regarding the work assigned. The one thing I learn there was that the productivity of the whole internship depends on you. It does really matter that how you want to learn or not because when I was there, sometimes I felt that I had no work, I went to sir and asked him that sir if you have any work, give me.
After that, they give me work and I use to do it. Moreover You can also do it that when you are feeling free, go and read the files and make your own format of drafting because it will help you to make understand how to draft cases, written statement, legal notice etc. The legal field, which I observed, is all about reading the cases, files etc.

Good Things

Ample of works are there to interns that too from diverse arena. But through this we would learn a lot of new things and would easily enhance our knowledge. Apart From this Tea and coffees are there at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. respectively. Besides that there is library for you to explore knowledge through books and in case of problem everyone is ready to help you there.

Stipend

Yes, absolutely relied on Quality of work.
