ABOUT:
The journal is a publication of Government Law college, Thrissur. Managed, published and distributed by Centre of Economy, Development & Law. An initiative of Govt. Law College, Thrissur.
Centre for Economy, Development and Law (CED&L) is an inter-disciplinary centre established under Government Law College, Thrissur, Kerala. The proposed centre envisages to be a platform for academic discussion and as a creative think-tank for studying, analysing and interpreting various socio-economic and legal issues. This forum intends to generate perceptual framework to explore and understand social issues and events, thereby enabling the people and institutions to create best possible models in policy making and legal practices. Developing and disseminating knowledge on the cross-cutting areas of economy, development and law is the primary aim of this forum; and it is expected to make creative interventions in shaping progressive democratic practices.
AIM:
ELENCHUS LAW REVIEW aims to promote research and writing centered on the theme of “Justice to enliven the practical content of life” – broadly defined. It encourages research, drawing to a variety of theoretical bases, research methodologies and disciplines and tries to ensure an elentic method (inquiry and debate between competing and conflicting view-points) to simulate critical thinking and to illuminate ideas.

Elen L. R., is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal which, aims to encourage the inquisitive mind of the legal and the allied academia.

The Journal welcomes submissions from law students, judges, lawyers as well as academicians. With a view to encourage interdisciplinary erudition, it also welcomes submissions from experts from other disciplines. In addition to publishing articles in all branches of the law, the ELENCHUS LAW REVIEW contains sections devoted to recent legislation and reports, case analysis, article and book reviews.
Submission Procedure:
All submissions should be made in electronic format only, in a MS Word document. The manuscripts should contain footnotes and not end-notes. The manuscripts can either be e- mailed to editoratelenchus@gmail.com (put the words “To the Editor” in the subject line) or be sent in a disk to: The Editor, Elenchus Law Review, Govt. Law College Thrissur, Ayyanthole, Thrissur- 03, Kerala, India. Please ensure that the disk is virus free, and is not corrupted.
