In view of several pre-registrations and demand from potential applicants for this course, the School of Corporate Law at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) offers the third batch of Six Months Certificate Course on Corporate Law. This course is one of the most comprehensive courses in Corporate Law offered through a sophisticated Learning Management System (LMS) online. We believe learning has no barriers, and accordingly the course offers flexibility to the Learners to learn at their ease even when the course is delivered in a structured fashion.

The applicant must be a graduate in any stream (includes 4th year students of 5-year professional course in law) from any recognized University/Educational Institute.

## Multiple Registration Discount only for sponsored candidates : 20% discount on the tuition fee for every next participant from the same organization (for instance if ABC Co. recommends two candidates, fees paid would be Rs. 57,500/- for the first candidate and Rs. 46,000/- for the second and thereafter. An additional early bird discount of Rs. 3,000/- would be available per candidate for registering on or before 31st May, 2016, i.e. Rs. 54,500/- and Rs. 43,000/- needs to be paid for two candidates if registration fees paid on or before 31st May, 2016. .
COURSE FEE ONCE PAID IS NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AFTER REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED
