Call for Research Paper:
The Editorial Board of Bharati Law Review (BLR) invites the academicians, law students, lawyers, judges, jurists, legal analysts and other eminent scholars in the field of law to contribute Research Papers, Case Analysis etc to Bharati Law Review’s Volume V – Issue 1.
The quality Research Papers can be submitted on any emerging legal topic. Therefore, in our earnest endeavour, we request you all to pen down your valuable thoughts for emerging legal issues in India.
Submission Guidelines
Originality: All submissions must be the original and unpublished works of the author. Plagiarism in any form shall result in instant rejection of the submission. The decision of the Board of Editors in this matter is final and binding.
Abstract: Each submission must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words. There will not be any prior selection of manuscripts on the basis of the abstract. It is merely meant to assist the Editorial Board in the review process.
Word Limit: All the word limits mentioned above are inclusive of footnotes.
Citation Format: The Citation format to be followed throughout the submission is ‘The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th Ed.)’.
Co-authorship: Co-authorship up to two authors (from the same or different institutions) is permitted.
Format: All copy (articles, book reviews and case notes) must be submitted in Microsoft word .doc format as an email attachment.
We accept manuscript under following categories:
o Articles
o Research Papers
o Review Articles
o Book Review
o Case Analysis
All manuscript must provide:
o Title of the Paper ( font Impact, font size -14)
o Author’s Name ( Font type –Arial Narrow(Bold), Font size -12)
o Text (Font type – Bookman Old Style, Font size -10)
Text –Sub-Headings Font size -10 Font – Bold- Bookman Old Style
Sub Section/ Points-Should be in bullets
o Line Spacing – 1.0
o Footnotes – Font size – 8, Font- Bookman Old Style (Footnote number should be in Bold )
Biographical Information: The covering email must include the following biographical details of the author(s):
• Title of the manuscript
• Name of author(s)
• E-mail address,
• Contact No,
• Postal Address,
• Name of Institution,
• Academic Year.
