Amity Law School, Delhi has been organising the Annual National Moot Court Competition every year for the last 15 years. In continuance with our tradition, we are pleased to announce the 16th edition to be held from from 3rd March to 5th March, 2017.
The moot problem is based on concepts of Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. The competition will seek to integrate practical and legal insight and the spirit of teamwork amongst the participating students. The venue is Amity Law School, F-1 Block, Amity University Campus, Sector- 125, Noida – 201303.
Eligibility & Team Composition:
All teams shall consist of a maximum of three participants (two members designated as ‘Speaker’ and one member designated as Researcher), enrolled as full-time LL.B. students (both 3 year and 5 year programme) in the law school they represent at the time of the Competition. No person enrolled in a postgraduate law programme may act as a team member. A team must consist of at least two participants in which case both the members shall be designated as ‘Speakers’.
Registration:
All teams that desire to participate in the competition shall fill the Registration Form. A scanned copy of the said form has to be e-mailed to alsdmcc@amity.edu on or before 23:59 hrs IST on 8th December, 2016. Participation will be on first come first served basis only.

- Release of the Moot Problem 29th October, 2016 (Saturday)
- Last date for Submission of soft copy of the registration form 5th December, 2016 (Monday)
- Last Date for Submission of Clarifications 16th December, 2016 (Friday)
- Last date for Submission of hard copy of the Registration Form and Demand Draft 16th December, 2016 (Friday)
- Release of Clarifications 18th December, 2016 (Sunday)
- Last Date for Submission of Soft Copy of the Memorial 8th January, 2017 (Sunday)
- Last Date for Submission of Hard Copy of the memorial 8th February, 2017 (Wednesday)
- Dates of the competition 3rd – 5th March, 2017
