ABOUT THE EVENT
Education and employment of human resource is the most frequent and least friction process of the growth of human civilization. Society establishes institutions to provide solutions to its present and future social problems either directly or indirectly through educated and skilled human resources. Every progressive society has its own kind of problems and unique solutions. Pursuing this endeavour, we have identified a huge gap in the demand-supply of jobs in the field of law. Lloyd Law College conceptualized the idea of Job Fest 2017 keeping in mind the mission of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India for “Make in India” and having a vibrant “India Skill development” program.
We organized the 1st Lloyd Job Fest in 2018 with the view to provide employment opportunities to law graduates and final year law students across the country. The event aims to create an employment platform for every law graduate studying in college, recognized by the Bar Council of India. It gives participants and employers a chance to meet one another, establish a professional relationship and discuss the potential job and/or training opportunities.
By attending the event, the applicant(s) can explore opportunities in the field of law and avail its benefit. It also allows making effective use of time by bringing together a multitude of opportunities at the same place. This event is open to all law graduates irrespective of the nature of their law school.
Lloyd Job Fest is also an opportunity for recruiters to screen a large volume of potential job candidates and make them aware of their expectations, and also answer job-related queries of the candidates.
Recruiters are encouraged to come and join the event as they would have access to the best Trainee(s)/ Associate(s) from different law schools across the country. It would be an excellent source off networking amongst each and sharing information about job leads, about the organization and their recruitment strategies. Keeping all this in mind, Lloyd Law College proudly announces its 2nd Job Fest on 27th and 28th of July 2019 to be held at its campus in Greater Noida, U.P.
