About:
Healing Dove Foundation is an NGO founded with the mission of rehabilitating marginalized youth groups in Mumbai. There are currently two internship openings in the organization, the details of which have been enlisted below.
Content Writers:
We need 10 dynamic content writers for a period of 1-6 months who would be willing to collect impactful stories from on field, to highlight the real issues faced by the LGBTQ youths, young released prison inmates and juvenile delinquents.
Alternatively, we could have those writing analysis on current laws, news reports etc.
On field interns and volunteers:
We need 10 interns who could pursue the following roles -:
Module Preparation:
We would like to have interns on board to help our personality development and soft skill trainers develop modules on transforming the personalities of our target audience and making them industry related.
On field Assistance:
We may require interns to go on field and collect data, ensure that the delinquent/transgender attends our program sessions, take follow ups from trainers etc.
Assist us in drafting MOU’s:
We will require them to help us draft MOUs, define terms and conditions with our trainers/associates/partners and explain the same to children and parents who sign them.
Interns and Volunteers will receive a certificate on successful completion and a Letter of Recommendation, in case the intern/volunteer’s performance is impressive.
Duration:
Interns must work for 5 days a week and on Saturdays, as required.
Certificates shall be provided subject to the successful completion of all tasks assigned to them.
