About GNLU-Khaitan & Co. Mergers & Acquisitions Fellowship:
GNLU in collaboration with Khaitan & Co. has taken this unique initiative to establish the ‘GNLU-Khaitan & Co M&A Fellowship’ in order to conduct and facilitate in-depth research in emerging areas of mergers and acquisitions. The research in mergers and acquisitions is backed by continuous observation, rigorous analysis and intense consolidation. With a view to uphold various other objectives behind establishing the Khaitan & Co Fellowship at Gujarat National Law University, the research activities are complemented by periodical reports, pre-legislative research, commentaries and extension activities such as conferences, seminars and round-table discussions in order to engage with various stakeholders.
About the Resource Person Sagar Ramesh Khandelwal, Owner S. R. Khandelwal & Co., Pune, Maharashtra
Sagar is the founder of S. R. Khandelwal & Co., a Company Secretarial Firm based in Pune. He is a Commerce and Law Graduate from University of Pune. He is a qualified Company Secretary and Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2010. Sagar has a total work experience of more than 13 Years including 10 years’ experience in Legal and Secretarial. He has worked with various renowned listed Companies Such as Walchandnagar Industries Limited, Mphasis Ltd and Multinational Companies such as Option One, India and Imerys, India. His last corporate assignment was with Imerys Group as Company Secretary and Head of Legal.
